Hello from sunny Thailand! Work (and some well needed relaxation) have been going well. The food is absolutely great!
I received an eMail progress report and it sounds like the GEMS project is moving right along. Some of the Unit Managers had a concern about the amount that a resource is billing us for project work. I had a thought out on the golf course yesterday that we should include a few fields on the reports that contain resource billing information.
Please include the following three elements on the reports. Be sure that the storage size is large enough so that no dollar amounts are truncated!
1. Total Hours Worked
2. Weekly Amount Billed
3. Year-To-Date Amount Billed
In addition, please add an element, Resource Title, to store the formal title of the resource.
