I have been speaking with Snowden Evans and Eugene Johnson and they are
concerned about the problems with projects (especially training) that are
behind schedule. These projects are usually delivered late because one or
two tasks have been delayed and they would like to be able to identify the
late tasks. The first step in a solution to this problem is to add several date elements to the Task data store. These dates are the Original Task Scheduled Start Date, the Task Revised Start Date and the Task Actual Start Date. All these dates are the standard date format, MM/DD/YYYY. Please let me know when these revisions have been made. Todd |
