Began working for the company after graduating from college in 1973. Started in medical engineering, and worked his way up to take over as CEO when his father retired eight years ago. His major achievement thus far is in the increase of corporate profitability by a substantial margin. His landmark on the corporate face was the complete renovation and expansion of the corporate headquarters. He used The Webster Design Group to plan the expansion, and paid for the work by consolidating WDG into the home office from their former digs in central Atlanta.
